Music

I’ve been able to play music much more than usual lately. A has split for the U.S. this week and I’m on vacation. Normally, I don’t kick the tunes on for multiple reasons. I tend to play the same set of, maybe 30, songs over and over. That gets annoying. A doesn’t care much for the interference with reading or other activities she has, so I hit the music box rarely. With her out of town, though, I’m going nuts catching up. Here’s the lineup of my treats of recent:
1. For L: Loreena Mckennitt, Dante’s Prayer
2. Alexi Murdoch, Orange Sky
3. Sting, Fill Her Up
4. For A: Floyd, Wish You Were Here
5. U2, All I Want Is You
6. Sting, Lithium Sunset
7. Tori Amos, Tear In Your Hand
8. Hoi Polloi, Love Has Come
9. Anuna, The Blue Bird
10. Celtic Circle, River
11. Jeff Victor, Tir-nan-og and Epilogue: Farewell (played back to back)
12. Enya, Storms In Africa
13. Mike Oldfield, The Bell
14. Steve Taylor, Violent Blue
15. Matchbox 20, Unwell
